The major changes for this year are summarized below:
Services
- A la Carte Ordering: The biggest change for 2011 is the unbundling of post-production services. Now you can easily order only those services which you need.
- New Services: We have introduced highly requested services for 2011: Noise Reduction, Sharpening and Lightroom Presets, among others.
- Simplified Ordering: A brand new online order form will guide you smoothly through the process of choosing services, viewing your estimated total and submitting a job.
Turnaround Times
- Fast Turnaround: We have set our standard (non-guaranteed) turnaround time at four days for 2011 and are committed to staying as close to this as possible.
- Even Faster Turnaround: Sometimes four days just isn’t soon enough, so we also offer 3-day and 2-day guaranteed turnaround options to help you meet just about any deadline you may face.
Prices
- Price Changes: We have updated pricing on some of our post-production services for 2011 and have set individual prices for services that were previously parts of packages. Our prices reflect what it costs to deliver quality services while at the same time being competitive relative to others in the marketplace.
