Providing Feedback to Your Editor
After downloading and admiring your PWD-edited images, there’s still one thing left to do: tell us how we did.
After each job, you’ll receive an email asking for your feedback. It’s this feedback that helps your editor adjust for future jobs or modify the current one.
If something’s not quite right, let us know right away so we can fix it for you. If everything’s great, send a shout-out to your editor (even better, do it publicly on Facebook or Twitter). Together, we’ll get your images just where you want them.
|Quick-Tip: We do return most post-production jobs within 4 business days, but we recommend our clients stay flexible with this deadline. Sometimes additional time is necessary for a redo, for re-sending corrupt image files, or for handling larger jobs.||Quick-Tip: Need your images guaranteed by a certain time?
